About the Role
We are hiring a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team at BlueEra Softech. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and delivering exceptional user experiences across websites, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms. From wireframes to final visuals, you’ll work closely with developers, product owners, and clients to bring user-focused ideas to life. This role is perfect for designers who are both creative thinkers and system-minded problem solvers.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Diploma in UI/UX Design, HCI, or a certified bootcamp program.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web, mobile, or SaaS products.
- Freshers with strong creative thinking and tool knowledge are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing UI layouts, prototypes, and visual components.
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into wireframes, user flows, and mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and product functionality.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, A/B testing, or usability results.
- Prepare developer-ready assets, design systems, and documentation for hand-off.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and platform guidelines (iOS/Android/Web).
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong understanding of UI principles, UX research, wireframing, and design thinking.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software.
- Ability to create responsive layouts, design systems, and style guides.
- Familiarity with prototyping and interaction tools like Figma Prototypes, InVision, or Framer.
- Understanding of user-centered design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability testing.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus for better collaboration with developers.
- Ability to analyze competitor designs, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Strong attention to detail, typography, spacing, and layout alignment.
- Tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, Zeplin, Trello, Google Workspace, Notion.
